Announcing Microsoft Dynamics™ Microsoft markets several business information systems. They gained Great Plains, Solomon, Real World, and others when they acquired the industry leader, Great Plains, several years ago. They have since added Navision and Axapta from Europe. Microsoft is combining all of these products into one, named Microsoft Dynamics™, running under the .NET framework. The lives of our clients will improve as this happens. In the coming years it will become easier to interconnect all of your business processes and communications through a variety of devices, from computer servers to cell phones. Microsoft will implement Microsoft Dynamics™ in a series of stages to help ensure a smooth transition. Microsoft Dynamics™ will integrate with Microsoft Dynamics™ CRM™, which is written in .NET. CRM already integrates with Microsoft Dynamics™ GP. Microsoft has also realigned its divisions, anticipating the next wave of innovation and growth. Microsoft Dynamics™ is the business name and new brand of products. The new brand reflects Microsoft's strategy to align their products with the research and development effort formerly referred to as "Project Green." The name Microsoft Dynamics™ has replaced Microsoft Business Solutions.
